Dan / Dragon has one of the best story telling abilities of anyone I know.

Every story I have ever read, from the owner's group to the stuff in print, and including just his general postings have always been able to reach out and grab you as a motorcyclist and show you the scene from his eyes. Very few writers are as talented as this one.

Spend as much time with "The Dragon" as you can Dan.

(fellow XSive)

Re: Review: Life Is a Road, It’s About the Ride

I'm a fan too. Dan is a terrific story teller. Great books for your personal library. Great gifts for the biker in your life.

Re: Review: Life Is a Road, It’s About the Ride

Hats off to Dan Meyers because he lives life as a real humanitarian in both his books and his online comraderie.

While reading the one story previously mentioned, "Neighborhood Hazard (Or: Why the Cops Won’t Patrol Brice Street)", I, too, laughed for hours long afterwards. Even now, I giggle while sharing his "Kodak" moment on Brice Street.
Dan's compassionate and empathetic sides are well captivated in his penmanship inso much that I've wanted to pinch his cheek and hug his neck because I was/am so proud of this man's taking on life's challenges where he is the victor against intangeable feats as a fallible human being.

Git on, Dano!

Re: Review: Life Is a Road, It’s About the Ride

I too agree. Dan has really honed his writing skills and his stories speak to us all - even if we don't ride motorcycles! Great review.

Re: Review: Life Is a Road, It’s About the Ride

I agree. Dan's books are great reading for all who ride.

(From a fellow VRCC member)

Blue Moon
#19117
