Period.  &lt;br&gt;( should be put to work, to pay for the prison, too. )&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;No seat belt?  &lt;br&gt;If you get thrown through the windshield ( a friend of mine did it ), &lt;br&gt;why should we pay for you to have 24h care for the next decades? &lt;br&gt;( including a breathing-machine, due to the broken neck )&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;No sympathy for Deliberate Ignorance, aka Won't Know, is "deserved"...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;( equally, if someone pretends they "didn't see" the motorcycle they hit, &lt;br&gt;remove their license for life -- no driving with your brain shut off.&lt;br&gt;You drive, you're responsible.
